$1,900,000

This property is located in the prestigious Sand Canyon area of Canyon Country. Sand Canyon is home to approximately 1000 homes all of which are on large lots ranging from a half acre to 20 acres. What also makes Sand Canyon desirable is it is in a special standards area. That means it maintains a rural atmosphere as there are no sidewalks or street lights. There are however many trails and equestrian activity. Talking about this land opportunity, it is located at the end of Pineview with a locked gate. The property is square and is just under 40 acres. By no means is it all flat but what it has is many locations for a dream home with unbelievable views of the Sand Canyon area below. It is very common to see wild life such as deer on the property. It has too many beautiful oak trees to count and has a natural spring as well. A well was put in a few years ago but was never put into use. At the gate is public water, power, and gas. Once you see this property it will see itself.
